Refund Policy – 30 Days

At Kitchano, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility:

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Items that are damaged or altered may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Include your order number and reason for the refund request.

Processing Time:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Additional Notes:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, Kitchano will cover return shipping costs.
